Aavegotchi Recaps July Highlights: Here are the Details

TL;DR

  • Aavegotchi introduced a new map called “Mount Oomf” and a tower named “Fomocano” in Gotchi Guardians, both with unique challenges.
  • Spirit Force Arena now allows players to stake up to 100 GHST in Battle Royale-style matches, with the winner taking all the stakes.
  • Over 300 Aavegotchi wearables have been converted from 2D to 3D as part of the preparations for Gotchiverse 3D.

Aavegotchi (GHST) has released a series of updates and new features in its games for the month of July, highlighting improvements in Gotchi Guardians and Spirit Force Arena. The additions aim to offer new gameplay options and diversify the user experience.

In Gotchi Guardians, a new map called “Mount Oomf” has been introduced. The new scenario challenges players to navigate a volcano with constantly changing paths and is filled with unexpected trials. Additionally, a new tower, known as “Fomocano,” has been added, specializing in devastating area of effect (AOE) attacks. As players progress in the game, this tower becomes more powerful, creating lava impact zones that inflict continuous damage on enemies caught within them.

On the other hand, Spirit Force Arena has incorporated the option to stake up to 100 GHST in Battle Royale-style matches, where players compete against each other, and the winner takes all the stakes. This new feature is complemented by an update to the game lobby and improvements to Practice Mode, which now allows users to face off against AI without affecting their leaderboard rankings. Additionally, new badges have been introduced that players can earn depending on their performance in matches.

Another relevant development is the conversion of over 300 Aavegotchi wearables from 2D to 3D. This process involved creating 3D models that maintain Aavegotchi’s characteristic pixelated style and included phases such as modeling, rigging, animation, and texturing of each object. This update is part of the preparations for the launch of Gotchiverse 3D.

Additionally, the integration of Gotchi Guardians and Spirit Force Arena games into the Hyperplay and Game7 Questing platform has been announced. During a six-week campaign, users can earn Game7 credits and GHST by participating in these games.

Finally, Aavegotchi has launched Aavegotchi Game Nights, weekly events where exclusive content is presented and online games are played, with the possibility of winning GHST. These events will be held weekly and are designed to keep the community active and engaged.
