How the New Axie Adoption Mechanism Works
The registration process on the Axie Adoption Center requires users to connect a Ronin Wallet and complete several steps, including eligibility verification to ensure they do not already own axies. They are then asked to connect to the Discord community, providing a referral code if applicable. Once these steps are completed, users will receive assistance from an “Axie Care Specialist” via Discord, who will guide them through the process and answer any questions from the new recruits.
The program also includes a series of missions that allow new players to familiarize themselves with the ecosystem and earn points that, once accumulated within a 30-day period, will allow them to permanently adopt the axies they interact with. These missions include battles in the Origins and Classic arenas, as well as activities within the App.axie platform.
Referral Contest
To encourage participation, several contests have been launched. The Referral Contest allows users to earn AXS each time a friend completes the adoption process.
