Beamable starts the BMB token presale on November 6

TL;DR

  • The BMB token acts as a work ticket for purchasing and supplying compute power for online games.

  • Beamable will create one billion BMB tokens, with thirty percent reserved for node operators over five years.

  • A token presale begins on November 6, 2025, leading to a full token generation event later.

On November 6, 2025, Beamable opens its first BMB token sale to fund more servers and shift control of its gaming network to the community. The sale is open to game builders, people who want to run servers, and anyone who already uses Solana. The day also marks the first public checkpoint toward a Token Generation Event (TGE) planned for the second half of 2025.

Beamable calls BMB the “work ticket” for its network, where game makers spend the token to rent compute power and the people who supply that power earn it back. The whole system will live on Solana and will be listed first on Metaplex Genesis.

Beamable already keeps 100 games online that serve 2.5 million players each month and process 11 billion API calls every thirty days, a scale that the company says proves real jobs already exist for the token. Beamable brands its network as a DePIN, a shorthand for “a bunch of separate computers that earn crypto for doing real work.”

There will never be more than one billion BMB and every token will be minted at the TGE. Of that billion, 300 million are set aside for the people who run nodes: 30 million arrive on day one, and the other 270 million drip out evenly for the next five years. Twenty million will be dropped for free to early users and forty million are reserved for community contests. The team, advisers, and backers must wait one full year for the first 10% of their slices, with the remaining 90% unlocking during the following two years.

CEO Jon Radoff summarized the vision: “For the first time, game hosting turns into a public market that pays its own workers.”

What the plan means for everyone involved

The slow unlock schedule aims to keep the network healthy for years, but each new slice of tokens also adds potential sellers to the market. Adoption signals are already present: the 100 live games and 11 billion monthly API calls suggest ongoing demand for the service.

Liquidity and price swings remain possible as tokens unlock a little at a time, every day, for years. If demand does not grow at the same pace, the price can slide. Early buyers receive a bonus coupon that converts into 350 BMB once the TGE happens, but they must still wait for the market to set a fair price.

Day-to-day operations aim to stay efficient by building on Solana, keeping fees low enough to charge fractions of a cent for tiny game events.

The presale starts on November 6, 2025, with the TGE penciled in for late 2025. Over the roughly six months between these dates, real game traffic will show whether demand can balance the first wave of newly issued tokens, setting the tone for community-driven growth.
