L’Officiel, a Paris-born fashion brand is marking its 100-year anniversary. To celebrate this achievement, it will be entering into a partnership with The Sandbox, by launching the Fashion Dune LAND in the Sandverse. This space in the virtual world was created by Benjamin Eymère (Chief Metaverse Officer of AMTD Group). Working with him towards its development are Arthur Madrid and Sébastien Borget.

Details of the L’Officiel Fashion Dune LAND in The Sandbox
The L’Officiel Fashion Dune will help to broaden the digital frontier and find new ways to convey editorial content. It draws inspiration from the desert-like landscapes of the planet Mars. However, it will feature historical pieces from L’Officiel’s archives. The L’OFFICIEL LAND will serve as a digital exhibition theatre. Despite the announcement, it will open to fashion and cultural exhibitions by September later this year.
Benjamin Eymère, CEO of L’OFFICIEL and Chief Metaverse Officer of AMTD is expecting “big things” from this partnership. Here is what he had to say:
