Axie Infinity Keeps Event Open for All
Just like they always do, the platform is keeping the event open for anyone from anywhere around the world. There are absolutely no restrictions, so teams and individuals alike can take part in the event. This means there are a lot of creative minds out there who can try their luck at making the most efficient and fun games on Axie!
“Stronger, Faster, Better”
The theme for this year’s Game Jam is a great one, too. It shows exactly what the people behind Axie Infinity are aiming for. Making games that are stronger, faster, and better in every way means developers will need to use blockchain in the best way possible. Of course, that also means using the Axie Generator Tool Kit in ways like never before. So, you can expect to see a lot of new and cool concepts come to life in this event.
Judging Criteria
The most important part of the event is the judgment phase. This is where the Axie team will decide which team or individual performed the best. The most important requirement is for them to use the Axie Generator Tool Kit as the source of assets for their games. Apart from that, they will also need to focus on game design, uniqueness, visuals, and fun factor. The top scorers will then get prizes that have different tiers and values.
Prize Distribution
The winner of the event will get a prize of $8,000! The next four places will get $5,000, $3,000, $2,000, and $1,000, respectively. In addition to that, the event will also announce three editor picks. These will be games that show both innovative ideas and great use of the tool kit. Each of the three winners will get $500.
An Exciting Month Ahead
Demo submission is already live on the Mavis hub and will continue till the end of the month. On October 29th, the voting will begin, and finally, the winners will be announced on November 12th in the closing event.
