The Sandbox has announced that it will be launching the Care Bears VoxEdit Contest. These cartoonish characters are calling on creative and enthusiastic people to spread love and protect the planet. While making the announcement, the team also stated that it will be releasing the Multiplayer Parkour Game Jam.

Details of the Care Bears VoxEdit Contest
The Care Bears have been passionate about speaking kindness and positivity. With this VoxEdit Contest, they are channeling that energy towards saving the planet. However, these cartoon characters do not want to do it alone. As such, they are calling on creative individuals to join them in their quest.
Interested people are required to create innovative NFTs that will create awareness about conserving the environment. In addition, these non-fungible tokens should also incorporate attributes of these cartoonish avatars. Through this competition, Care Bears wants to inspire positive change like recycling, reducing waste, and conserving energy.
The competition will begin on the 17th of April and end by 11:59 PM on the 30th of April. Sandbox will announce the winners between the 1st and 20th of May. The top ten participants will share from a 15,000 $SAND prize pool. Below is a breakdown of the different prizes:
- 1st position: 6,000 $SAND
- 2nd position: 3,500 $SAND
- 3rd position: 2,000 $SAND
- 4th to 10th positions: 500 $SAND each

How to Join the Multiplayer Parkour Game Jam
In other news, The Sandbox proudly launches the Multiplayer Parkour Game Jam on the 17th of April. This event marks the reintroduction of the Game Jam gameplay. It features a prize pool of 50,000 $SAND, and contestants have until 3:00 PM UTC on the 7th of May. Voting will run from the 8th till the 21st of May before the announcement of results on May 27th.
The rewards include
- 1st position: 10,000 $SAND and the chance of joining the Game Maker Fund
- 2nd position: 6,000 $SAND
- 3rd position: 3,500 $SAND
- 4th to 10th positions: 1,500 $SAND each
There will also be additional categories like Best Idea, Best Design, and Participations Award.
