Valhalla, a blockchain-based MMORPG within the Floki ecosystem, is officially kicking off its first large-scale tournament. Integrating play-to-earn mechanics with the FLOKI token, the game provides players both a competitive environment and tangible rewards. With a $155,000 prize pool at stake, the tournament appeals to both newcomers and seasoned gamers, creating an arena for strategic battles and token-based incentives. The event highlights the growing integration of blockchain and gaming, offering rewards for skill, strategy, and engagement. Players will also be able to interact with unique NFTs and in-game features that further enhance the immersive Viking experience.

Entry Requirements And Tournament Structure

The tournament begins with a qualifying round starting September 30, as announced on X. Participants must capture three different Veras creatures, which will automatically be leveled to the maximum for fair PvP matches. Each victory in the qualifier earns points, and players must maintain high scores, ELO ratings, and total battle damage to secure a spot in the main bracket of 64 competitors. The elimination rounds, scheduled for October 4-5, will follow a knockout format, and any collusion or exploitation of game mechanics will result in disqualification. Additionally, participants are encouraged to form alliances for practice sessions and strategy discussions before the main event, which could provide an edge in the high-stakes matches.
