The collaboration between Genopets and DRiP continues to bring innovations to the community with its latest initiative: the Golden Kippu Treasure Hunt. This event, part of the Genoverse, promises to offer players a unique experience as they solve puzzles and obtain valuable NFTs for their Genopets.
The Golden Kippu Treasure Hunt, officially starting on January 12, is a series of seasonal games where Genovians will compete to obtain legendary NFTs for their pets. Each week, participants will solve challenging puzzles to decipher answers and earn the opportunity to mint that week’s prize. This event will culminate with the launch of Genopets version 1.0.

To kick off this exciting treasure hunt, subscribers to the Genopets DRiP Channel will receive a special drop on January 8 at 5 PM UTC. During this drop, players will receive cards (Common, Rare, or Legendary) that can be redeemed for up to 100 Golden Kippu in the coming weeks, depending on the rarity of the card. This gives players a strategic advantage when betting for prizes with B.L.I.N.K. at the end of the hunt.
Genopets Has Exclusive Rewards to Enhance Players’ Collections
The Treasure Hunt event also presents a unique opportunity for those looking to maximize their Golden Kippu collection. Players can head to the DRiP Genopets collection on Magic Eden, where they can list and sell the cards obtained during the drop. This secondary market provides the community with the opportunity to trade cards and complete their Golden Kippu collections.
In parallel with this new treasure hunt, Genopets has now made Aqua Genopets, introduced in the previous collaboration with DRiP, available for minting on Mainframe and listing on Magic Eden for trading. These pets with unique textures, add an additional layer of prestige to the collection.
