Creating a guild will be available to any player who is not already a member of one. The cost to create a guild will be 1,000,000 mMV, and a name and description will be required. The guild name must be unique within each region, and the player who creates it will automatically assume the role of Guild Master. Additionally, it is important to note that the names displayed in the guild menu will correspond to the account name, not the in-game character name.
The Guild Master will also have the option to upload a custom icon for the guild. This icon must meet certain requirements, such as being a 256×256 pixel PNG file and not exceeding 2 MB in size. The first time an icon is uploaded, it will be free, but any subsequent changes will incur a cost of 100,000 mROND, which will be deducted from the guild funds. If the icon does not meet the established guidelines, the game administration may restrict its display.
How to Join a Guild in Gensokishi Online
To join a guild, players must receive an invitation from the Guild Master or a Sub-Master, who can send these invitations from the character status screen. Each account can only belong to one guild at a time, but it is possible to join different guilds in different regions, such as Japan and Singapore.
The initial capacity of a guild will be five members, including the Guild Master. However, this capacity can be expanded through the Guild Fund Shop. Where other benefits such as the appointment of Sub-Masters can also be enabled. The guild fund, to which members can contribute mROND, will allow these purchases and other adjustments to be made. However, once transferred to the guild, the funds cannot be withdrawn.
If the Guild Master decides to disband the guild. They can only do so if there are no other members in it. Upon disbanding, all funds and items purchased will be permanently deleted.
