TL;DR
- Singaporean studio Wearemighty shuts down all its web3 gaming initiatives, including GOAT Gaming and Gifts.Fun.
- Users have until February 16 to convert assets and until March 2 to use converted gems.
- The company indefinitely postponed its GG token launch after detecting decreased market interest.
The Singaporean studio Wearemighty announced the closure of all its web3 gaming initiatives. The decision directly affects GOAT Gaming, its main platform, along with Alpha Goats, Amy Bot and Gifts.Fun, a gacha rewards system operated through Telegram.
The company, previously identified as Mighty Bear Games, gained recognition in late 2022 with the launch of “Mighty Action Heroes”, a battle royale linked to its MightyNet genesis NFTs. The game initially operated on Polygon blockchain before migrating to Treasure. During 2024, the studio transformed “Mighty Action Heroes” into an asymmetrical rewards platform on Telegram under the name GOAT Gaming.

Deadline Limits for Active Users
GOAT Gaming players have until February 16 to convert in-game assets into Gifts.Fun gems. The gems will remain valid until March 2, when they expire definitively. Buyers of Alpha Goat NFTs can request full refunds before February 16 through a procedure established by the studio.
Wearemighty introduced during its active stage titles like Waifu Clash and AI-powered Alpha Goat NFTs, which generated token rewards autonomously for their owners. The company postponed indefinitely the launch of the GG token after detecting decreased interest in gaming tokens.
The closure arrives after multiple attempts to adapt to the crypto market. The company redirected resources towards Gifts.Fun after canceling the GG token, but now terminates operations on all blockchain projects simultaneously.
Wearemighty did not specify whether it will cease operations totally or redirect efforts towards artificial intelligence projects without blockchain components. The studio maintained presence in the web3 sector for more than two years before making the closure decision.
Affected users must act before the established deadline dates to avoid total loss of digital assets accumulated on the platforms.
