My Meta Farm has launched a Costume Design Contest. The team invites players to express themselves and show their creativity. This inventive competition was announced on the 15th of January 2023. This comes after the launch of Alpha Test 2. It is in celebration of the Lunar New Year.

This competition will go live by 9:00 AM UTC on the 17th of January 2023. It will continue till 9:00 AM UTC on the 30th of January 2023. Within this period, participants will design a traditional costume known as Ao Dai. They will create this item using the Item Maker feature of the game. This tool can also be used to design NFT textures to their taste.
The rating will run from the 17th of January till the 2nd of February. During this period, players will post their designs on Twitter with hashtags #LunarNewYear2023 #MMFdesigncontest. Invite your friends to Like, Retweet and Comment on your tweet. Their reactions guarantee you the following benefits:
- Retweet – 1 point
- Like – 1 point
- Reply – 1 point
There are two reward categories for this contest. They include the following:
- The Best Design: This is the entry that secures community votes and is rated highly by the My Meta Farm team.
- The Favorite Design: This design is chosen purely from the votes of community members.
How to Join My Meta Farm Costume Design Contest
Anyone interested in joining My Meta Farm Costume Design Contest should follow these steps:
- Visit the My Meta Farm Item Maker website. Ensure to use a compatible browser.
- Create a new account or log in to an existing one.
- Once you have access to your account, click “Item Editor”.
- Select the Ao Dai NFT and click on “Choose an Item to Edit”. The system will give you a plane shape of the Vietnamese Traditional Costume. After which, you can begin creating your item.
- When you are done with your design, click on the disk icon to save your texture file.
- Share your entry on Twitter with the hashtag mentioned above.
- Submit your texture file, Twitter post link and other details via this Google Form.
My Meta Farm will choose the best design between the 2nd and 6th of January. Afterwards, they will announce the winner for The Best Design on the 7th of February, 2023. Interested persons should familiarize themselves with the rules and regulations.
The team will mint the designs from both categories into 100 NFTs. These top winners will get 1 NFT of their texture work each. My Meta Farm will sell the remaining items as Mystery Boxes.
