Sandbox is offering players an exciting opportunity to explore the game’s metaverse. It recently released a guide on how players can make the most of this event. The Sandbox Alpha is a play-to-earn even that will launch on the 29th of November and end on the 20th of December. With the Sandbox Alpha Pass offers players an opportunity to explore 18 experiences in the game’s virtual world. This event will also see to the launch of Sandbox Alpha Season as well as the Alpha Hub.
How to Get the Alpha Pass
There will be 5000 Alpha Pass NFTs. 1000 of them will be raffled out to land owners while participants will win the remaining 4000 There are three different ways to get the Alpha NFT, they include:
- Land owners can win the NFT by partaking in the Alpha Raffle. Register for the raffle at the Sandbox website from 13:00 UTC on the 22nd of November to 13:00 UTC on the 28th of November. The winners from this raffle will receive their NFTs on the 29th of November when the Alpha season begins. The more LANDs you own, the more your chances of winning a Pass.
- Once this season launches, anyone with a Sandbox will be able to win a NFT Pass from participating in the daily social contests. Over the course three weeks, lucky users will win no less than 750 NFTs. Follow Sandbox on their Twitter and Discord Channels to stay updated.
- While the season is ongoing, interested individuals will be able to purchase the Alpha Pass on Opensea. You can only buy from an owner that is willing to sell. However, do not purchase any NFT Pass from Opensea after the 20th of October. This is because you will not be able to claim any rewards using this NFT as the season ends after that date.
To claim your Pass, click on “claim the pass” button on the pop-up message or below your Avatar. Proceed to your metamask to process the request.
N.B. – If you are currently in Japan, you will not be able to own an Alpha Pass because of the regulations in your region. However, you will still be able to enjoy the Alpha Hub.
Details of the Sandbox Alpha
Considering the limited amount Passes available, not everyone will be able to get a pass. As a result, Sandbox is offering players without one an opportunity to experience the metaverse. Players without this NFT will still be able to access the Alpha Hub alongside three experiences in the Verse.
The Hub is a central experience showcasing a range of experience, locations and guests. Users will also get the opportunity to meet with other members of the Sandbox community through this medium.
