Securing a Spot in Axie Infinity
You should keep many things in mind for the registration. The tournament is open to all Axie players. Signups will run from now until August 11th at 9:00 AM EST. A total of 512 slots are there, and each has a 1 AXS buy-in fee.
The total prize pool can reach 1,024 AXS if all slots fill up. This is because Sky Mavis plans to match every AXS buy. Also, the champion will receive a rare CyberKongz NFT as well.
The competition will be over two days. Day 1 begins on August 12th at 9:00 AM EST. Day 2 takes place on August 13th, also at 9:00 AM EST. The final day will even be live on Twitch for the world to see.
Participants must complete a series of steps to get registration. The first is connecting their Sky Mavis account on Axie Infinity. This unified account enables access to all Sky Mavis titles. Next comes the Discord account link, and that is where all the communication will happen.
To confirm slots, players must buy-in with 1 AXS. Be sure to have enough tokens before you take this step. A prompt may appear to approve the transaction, and then a button to officially join the tournament.
Remember to note the registration deadline as well. The event cannot accept late signups or buy-ins. All participants must double and triple check that they are eligible and have the right transaction before they move on.
Joining the Discord from Axie Infinity
After a successful buy-in, players will get a Discord link and registration code from Axie Infinity. They must join the server and take note of the code. The Discord will share key tournament notices and updates as well.
The final step is to visit Community Gaming and officially register using the unique code. Also, scheduling and brackets rely on all participants completing Community Gaming registration. So, check the Discord announcements channel for any other details and follow the official website to get more details.
