With 2022 just a few days old, DeRace already has a detailed plan of what it intends to do in the new year. On the 2nd of January, DeRace divulged details of its plans in the DeRace 2022 Roadmap. This announcement was made via its Telegram page. Here are the details of what to expect from DeRace this year.
DeRace 2022 Roadmap Details
The launch of the Beta version of their game was successful. This makes DeRace to strongly believe that its on track towards delivering on its promises. Beginning from January 2022, users should expect the addition of more features to this virtual horse racing game. One of such is the horse breeding feature, thanks to the updated mechanism. With the breeding feature, players will be able to do more than breeding new horses. More so, they will be able to breed new horses that can possibly outperform parent horses on the racetrack. Besides horse breeding, DeRace is introducing various NFTs to gameplay.
There are different ways through which DeRacers will be able to win or earn these NFTs. They include, participating in dedicated tournaments or races. Another mean involves staking DERC tokens or participating in upcoming airdrops. The game believes that adding NFTs to the prize pool will make gameplay interesting and competitive. Also, members of the DeRace jockey club will also be able to win NFTs via lotteries. Speaking of tournaments, special tournaments will be coming to DeRace metaverse in the month of January.

In 2022, DeRacers should also expect significant updates to the game. This is because DeRace will be bringing new play-to-earn features to its game. With each update therefore, it will add more of these play-to-earn features. The game is encouraging members to use the the proper channels. Especially when giving their feedback and reporting any issues they notice. This will help in building a well functioning and sustainable metaverse for players.
