Mech Master launches the testnet of its turn-based RPG strategy game to selected users. It will run from the 30th of March to the 13th of April 2022. This event follows the successful whitelisting. Following the completion of that event, Mech Master randomly selected individuals to try out its game. To enable users to enjoy this test version, it also gave a playing guide.

How to Participate in the Mech Master Testnet
This testnet is only available to play on a PC. Mech Master will send successful applicants an email with a link to download the game. Asides from the download link, the email also contains guidelines on how to go about installing the file. Click on the link in the email to download the file. To install the app, install the MechMaster.exe to activate the game. After you activate the game, it will launch and will ask for your email. Input the email you used to receive the whitelist instructions and click on “Send Code”.
Once you do this, you will receive a code. Input the code in the column for it, and you will gain access to the testnet. On the home screen, long click on a Mecha and drag it to the central. When you do this, the system will show you the effect of that in-game character and ascertain if that is what you want. You can also click on Weapons and Pilots, then assess their stats on the right side of the screen. Select the combination of Mecha, Weapon and Pilot you prefer and click on “Battle” to search for your match.
Once the system finds a match for you, a pop-up will indicate so. Click on “Accept” to join the battle. Your team is coloured in blue while your rival’s team are in red. Before the battle starts, every team has 15 seconds to arrange set-up. Once you have done, click on “Confirm” to start a battle. During the battle, the health of your team is green while your enemy’s health is red. Your attacking area is in blue while your rival’s area is in red.
You and your opponent will take turns attacking each other. When it is your turn, move your Mecha into the position where you want to attack by clicking on the target tile. When in position, click on one of its three skills and select the rival Mecha you want to attack. To hit your enemy, click on “End Turn” and “Confirm” to deal damage. After your turn, your rival will attack your team in a similar fashion. The game ends when you kill all of your rival’s Mecha.
